My Versa 2 is not charging

My fitbit just recently stop charging for no reason. I cleaned it with alcohol and did a restart on the watch, nothing worked. The last thing I saw was a battery with a triangle and exclamation mark. I just bought an original fitbit charger from Target and left charging for hours and nothing. Does anyone have any idea why this happened? What can I do to fix it?
