My Versa 2 is not correctly finding my heart rate

I have done the software update for my tracker and now in doing the same exercise as before the update my heart rate is registering at below zones. I know my heart rate is high, feeling out of breath, sweating etc and before update it would show during cardio about 150. Now it is only showing 100 and therefore registering as below zones . I have also tried manually inputting zone heartrate numbers and it is also not registering. How do I go back to before the update everything was working great 😢
