My Versa 2 is not counting steps when I listen to my music app

My question is this. If I am walking, and turn my Bluetooth to listen to my music app (Amazon) with my headphones. My watch still on. Will it still track my steps? I seem to look at it, and it doesn't. Help.

Your Fitbit Versa 2 should definitely continue tracking your steps while you listen to your music. If this is not the case, please restart your watch by following these steps.

 

For instructions on how to control your music during an exercise, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I control music during an exercise with my Fitbit device?" and follow the instructions.
