Hello,

I want temporally to use my PC to connect my versa 2, but the PC doesn't find it.

Here are more details:

* The system of the PC is Windows 10 up to date

* Bluetooth driver is up to date

* The versa is not connected to another device, I did a reset.

Thanks in advance.

Did you try restarting your watch?

Presumably you already have installed the app on your PC

Yes. Thank you. Restart and reset. Apparently, the Fitbit support said just to use another device, and on a laptop the updates of the tracker are not done.

Basically, I can't use the device at all until I'll fix my phone.

Again it happens to have the same issue. I may need to sell the Fitbit for a watch that I can sync with my laptop or PC.

If your watch is connected to the computer, or was, you need to make sure that the Computer Bluetooth or the Computer are off when trying to use your phone to avoid any conflicts, as once you do a factory reset you need a phone to get it setup.

If you can get your phone to work, turn off the PC,

restart the watch and phone

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Click on  + Set up a Device

and Add your Versa 2 again

Follow the installation instructions

I believe you can't add a factory reset watch on your computer, at least you can't load the firmware.

In device number 2   a Lenovo laptop:

At least here is searching for the device:

I have the following  and I'll remove the versa from the Bluetooth devices:

Now I need to restart and I'll post the next screenshots below.

So the versa has the green logo and the messages in all languages after a factory reset is done. This was already done before i started the process to connect to Fitbit app on the PC or laptop.

Now the Fitbit app gave this error. Yesterday I had the same error and I connected the Versa 2 to a phone and delete it from the Mobil phone. There is no customer support for this issue. I paid 200 USD for a SE Fitbit versa 2 not to be able to connect it to an app created by Fitbit for windows 10. This is BS.
