My Versa 2 is not keeping the settings for my notifications

I have my Versa 2 synced to OnePlus 11 and everything is updated but it does not want to keep my notifications settings on. I have tried tests, restarts, uninstall and reinstall, disconnect pairing and pairing again. I am fresh out of options 😔

Please help!
