My Versa 2 is not receiving notifications

My versa is not receiving texts or messages. This has been going on for months. I did trouble shooting and spoke to someone on the phone. They said that it will be resolved soon. What do I do?

To resolve issues with notifications, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1636588018693.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Whether the instructions above don't work, please tell me if you see any error message when you receive a notification on your phone.
