My Versa 2 is not recording heart rate & hourly steps

My hourly stepsbare not tracking, my hourly alert, and heart rate is not working. Is there something I can do? I have no idea why!

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions

 

Whether this doesn't help, you can try setting up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
