My Versa 2 is not recording my sleep nor heart-rate.

My versa 2 has cease recording my sleep cycle, heart rate, and syncing with my phone post update. I have hit the manual sync button and recieve an exclamation mark after 40-60seconds. I have tried going into the wifi page, but it never loads. 

And please don't tell me about proper placement as I've been wearing it in the same spot now for a while with no issues.

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

Getting a consistent heart-rate reading is required to see your sleep stages. There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit device. If you haven't done it already, please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues. In addition, you can visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
