I have searched through this forum, checked the settings that may be affecting the sleep log function (e.g. normal vs. sensitive) and nothing seems to fix the problem - my sleep tracking function works for a few nights and then just doesn't recorded anything for several nights in a row. I've contacted Tech Support twice and nothing has fixed this glitch. I've only had this Versa 2 for 5 weeks, and it's been failing since week 3! Is anyone else having this issue? Tech support told me today that I am now past the 45 day window for a return/refund - but I've been contacting them since week 3 to try and fix this issue and now the 0xygen sensor won't read This is definitely not customer friendly service.
