My Fitbit no longer shows text messages and I can't reply by voice anymore. No longer shows phone calls for me to accept or reject. Help please: how can I fix this??

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To resolve difficulties with notifications, we recommend following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1634519152445.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
