My Versa 2 is not showing sleep.

Versa 2 is not showing sleep. I have to restart the device always and then it starts showing sleep. How to resolve this problem?

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

I would recommend following the next steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Restart your Versa 2 and reboot your phone

- Log back into the app

- Set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Please be aware there are some factors that can affect sleep stages. For more information, please visit this article and open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?".
