Received Versa 2 as a gift and I use it mainly to track my runs. I am not a fast or far runner but information that the versa 2 gives me after my run sucks. Same course is NEVER tracked at the same distance. Why cant i just get my mile splits instead of lap times? Had an older model fitbit which was perfect. This model stinks.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @THS95.
Thank you for the information provided and for your feedback.
Please make sure that you are tracking your runs by following this guide.
If you haven't done it yet, you can set your Stride Length by going to this article, open the menu "Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?" and follow the instructions. If you had already done it before, please set it back to Automatically to see if there is any change.
You can also restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these steps.
You should be able to see your mile splits in the online Dashboard at fitbit.com > Log > Activities > select an activity and click View Details.
Please let us know if you have any question.
