My Versa 2 is not tracking my distance correctly

I’m hiking in the Smokeymountains this week and my go’s is way off. It’s like doubling or more my hikes. I did a 5.5 mile hike and it said it was over 10 miles. Today we did a 8.5 mile and mine was at over 13 miles. What’s up with this ? I had an Iconic before this and never had these problems.

If you have set your own stride length, please make sure that you have followed these instructions.

Whether this doesn't help, you can select Set Automatically to see if the readings improve.

In addition, you can perform a restart to your Fitbit Versa 2.
