My Versa 2 is not tracking my heart-rate accurately.

I have had my Versa 2 since Christmas. When I first received it, the heart rate was within a few beats of my Charge 2, my pulse ox monitor, and the BP machine and my doctor’s calculation at the office.

As of about a month ago, I noticed my heart rate climbing when it should have been improving (I’ve started a rigorous training program). It is currently running from 20 to 30 bpm faster than everything else.

if I restart the Versa 2, it will read correctly (61-65 rhr) for about 15 seconds, and then you can watch it get erratic, jumping to 92 and down to 81, up and down until it settles (again, higher than anything else I own or my own calculation).

I’ve tried all of the options I could find on the forums to try and correct this, but no luck. Any ideas? It’s frustrating because I know everything is off (calories burned, Active Zone Minutes, Sleep) but I can’t seem to fix it.
