Very disappointed with Versa 2. I thought something was not right, it is not tracking my runs correctly, misses junks out. I run strava along side to check the maps and there can be quite a difference.

Please make sure to have the latest firmware version for your Fitbit Versa 2 (35.72.1.9). For instructions on how to check your current firmware version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?".

 

Whether this doesn't help, please restart your watch by following these instructions.
