My Versa 2, 9 months old, is not tracking my sleep at all, will not let me enter my workout sessions and is over counting stairs in a ridiculously high amount. Like 222 in the first few hours of the day. I have tried to figure it out with no success. I want to return it and get a new one please

Before going any further, please perform a restart to your watch by following these steps.
There are some factors that can affect sleep stages. Please visit this article, scroll down until you see the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
In addition, please make sure that you are following these instructions to track your workouts.
If necessary, you can negate steps and floors in the Fitbit app by manually logging a driving activity as explained here.
