My versa 2 was working fine until a week ago. It’s saying it can’t track my sleep because it’s not getting my heart rate while I sleep. But I check the heart rate monitor and it shows consistent monitoring as usual. I’ve restarted the watch and it help the first time it tracked it for two days then stopped. I restarted it again and nothing. It’s been 4 days since and no tracking. Can someone please help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Nelsie7.
Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.
In addition to the restart, you can find some other tips to resolve problems with heart-rate readings in this article.
There are some factors that can affect sleep stages. I would recommend visiting this site, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
See you around.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @VFF.
For information about what could affect SpO2 readings, please check out this article and open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?".
Hope this helps.

Don't waste any more time. Contact fitbit if still under 12 month warranty and get it replaced. If you have an extended warranty from the store you bought it from, go there first to see if they will replace it for you without having to go through fitbit. Fitbit only has a 12 month warranty. There are also no 3rd party out of warranty repair depot for fitbits.

Yep a large group of us have noticed this exact same issue at the exact same time and fitbit has been offering people a 35% discount on a new watch instead of dealing with the issue or being honest about it.

Are you not aware of the growing group of people complaining about this EXACT issue furing the exact same time period and no the factory reset and all other troubleshooting does nothing to help. This is gross behaviour from a company I have trusted and recommended for over a decade.

Thanks Clay but I’ve had my watch for a while and I did all of that when I bought it. This just started happening.
