To get sleep stages is not necessary an extra payment. However, there are some factors that can affect sleep stages.

 

I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.

 

In addition, please make sure to have the latest firmware version (35.72.1.9) for your Fitbit Versa 2. For instructions on how to see your current version and update, please follow these steps.
