My Versa 2 is not updating from exercise app.

Updating interval workout times online through fitbit.com and watch is syncing, however the workout 'repeat' number is not changing. I have restarted my watch multiple times and still not changing.

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

In this case, please try the following steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Restart your watch once again and reboot your cellphone

- Remove your watch from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone

- Log back into the Fitbit app and set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
