My Versa 2 is running 12 minutes behind

My Versa 2 clock all of a sudden is running 12 minutes behind. It’s fully charged and synced but there is no way to adjust the time. Any help appreciated.

Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
