My Versa 2 is stuck on the logo

I have tried all the suggestion for the problem I have and that is that my versa is stuck on the logo I have not been able to reset the versa.  It is very frustrating also seeing that so many people are experiencing this problem.  I enjoyed this watch but having this problem is very irritating.  I am disappointed with my versa   I hope you can advise me

If you have tried to restart your watch without luck, you can try to set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1623377764358.png and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
