My Versa 2 is vibrating now and again

My fitbit is vibrating now and again and i dont know why. Its not the vibration to say 250 for the next hour of for completing 10000 steps , anyone have any ideas?

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions.

 

Whether the restart doesn't work, please tell me does your watch display any information when is vibrating? Have you set any silent alarm?
