My Versa 2 isn't calculating my km correctly

The watch isn't calculating my km correctly. I had it synced to my phone and still logged a 10km cycle as 0.6km. I live in a city too so should be no signal issues.

I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these steps. In addition, please verify the requirements in this article to use connect GPS.

 

Please wait a few moments for GPS to connect. If you begin the activity while your Versa 2 tries to find a signal it will use your step count to calculate distance until GPS is connected. For instructions on how to track your workouts, please follow these instructions.
