My Versa 2 isn't counting my steps

Hey so Im having an issue only have my versa 2 about a week now and I've noticed on quite a few occasions my steps are not being counted at all I have the Huawei p30 lite phone it's totally compatible but anyone else I know who has the versa 2 has never had this issue can anyone help please

Hi there @Mjkearney1, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about the issues you've been having with your Versa 2. 

I was wondering if your Versa 2 is actually not tracking your steps or is the Fitbit app that is the one that's not syncing your data? 

While I wait for your reply, I'd like to advise you, in case your Versa isn't tracking your steps and other data, to restart it by following the steps provided here. Also, take a look at: How accurate are Fitbit devices?

On the other hand, if it's your Versa 2 not syncing to your Huawei P30 Lite, please try all the recommendations listed in this help article and post me back if you need further support.
