My Versa 2 isn't reading my heart rate or tracking sleep

My Versa 2 hasn't been reading my heart rate for about a week. The heart reader is grey and has - - where it displays the heart rate. I have already reset my fitbit, adjusted it's positioning on my wrist, and have had it for less than 6 months. Does anybody have any other suggestions on what I can do to fix this problem. There is still a blinking green light on the back of my Versa 2.

It may be a fault with the current clock face.

Swipe left and load the Today app and check heart rate there.

If its still a problem try restarting the watch.
