I have had non-stop issues since getting my Versa 2 a few days ago, and spent WAY too much time trying to get it to work right.
I don't want to sync it with my phone so I got the app on my Microsoft Surface Laptop.
When I plug the Versa 2 into laptop it says device not recognized. I have finally gotten it to sync data and play music which took many attempts.
Now when I select clock faces, I just get an icon that shows it's "loading" and never ever happens or changes so I'm stuck with the basic face.
I am wondering if I need to return this and get something else or is this because I'm using a computer app?
If the app exists than it should work, right? Shouldn't a wired connection work even better than bluetooth?
I have an iPhone and the antenna doesn't work now so no wi-fi or bluetooth, about to get a Samsung when I can figure out what to do with my 15,000 photos that are on there!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @krissytn.
Thank you for the information provided and thank you for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.
For the best experience, we recommend using the Fitbit app for iPhones and iPads or Android phones. The Fitbit app for computers was designed to sync some Fitbit devices different than the Fitbit Versa 2.
In order to sync and download clock faces on to your watch without any problem, we recommend having the latest version of the Fitbit app (3.39.1 iOS or 3.39.2 Android).
See you around.
