My Versa 2 isn't syncing with honor x8

Hi, I've recently just got the new honor x8 but it won't connect on the app no matter what I've tried

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1655258197307.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
