My Versa 2 isn't tracking my sleep

I have started, sync nothing works.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions. In addition, you can turn heart rate off and back on. For instructions on how to navigate your Watch, please visit this site.

 

If you continue having difficulties, please tell me if you see any error message in the sleep tile. You can attach a screen shot for further investigation.

They gave me the run around, have you tried changing the sleep setting to sensitive in the fit bit dashboard. Mine still will not do it, sorry if that don't help
