Hi,
It seens like my Versa 2 just continues to rebooth. The fitbitlogo appears in a few secunds, and then a black screen a few secunds constantly. All the time, it wont stop. I have tried to force restart it many times, and charge it, but no luck. it does not show antything else.
Any tips?

Hi there Lisa Maria, yes I had the same thing happen to my Versa2. Mine malfunctioned progressively over10 days. On day 1 I could no longer slide open any of the menus like "Exercises or the Stop watch or Spotify, etc" I could only access the watch face page. I tried contacting FitBit but all I got was a "chat person" (or robot) which after trying all the the remedy's, concluded that the only thing left to do was offer me a 35% discount but only if you buy direct from FitBit at an inflated price. My Versa 2 is only 26 months old. I am very disappointed in FitBit Inc. Hoping that you get better results that I have.

As soon as my Fitbit warranty ended it started malfunctioning that is rebooting again and again and not syncing. Fun fact is that I am not alone I checked Fitbit community help page there were people with same issues and all of us had been told same troubleshoot that is factory reset which do not work only increases headache. After that they say we will check warranty and if active we will get it replaced. But wait it starts happening only after end of warranty. Hmm... interesting company
