Hello @Helene109, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. 

Thank you for all the information about your Versa 2. 

Let me know if you're referring to the text notifications that you should receive on your watch and what is the model of the phone that you are using.

Before considering other options, please check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. In addition, please make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed and that the Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb Mode options are off on your watch's settings.
