For the last week after my update my Versa 2 has not been picking up my sleep score. Anyone direct me on how to get it back up and running.

Please be aware that you must see sleep stages to see a sleep score. If you don't see your sleep stages, please visit this article, scroll down until you see the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score, please restart your watch by following these instructions.
