My Versa 2 only shows the Fitbit logo

It won’t  come on- all it has is the fit bit signal on my screen- I’ve attempted charging it for over 24 hours and still nothing on screen and can’t connect from my phone

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 and set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Whether you have difficulties to set up, please follow these troubleshooting steps.
