My Versa 2 only shows the Fitbit logo

Yesterday evening my Versa two discharged and I put it on charging. It did not displayed any charging sign instead Fitbit logo appeared on screen which keeps on staying for few seconds and then disappears. I tried to force shutdown by pressing the button for few seconds until logo comes back but it’s not displaying the main screen. Please help. Thanks
