My Versa 2 has been working great for about a year.  But now it only flashes the fitbit diamond on the screen - on for 10secs, off for 5, and so on.  When it's in the charger, it's more like 10s on, 10s off.  Can't get anything else on the screen.  Help?  Thx

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Watch by following these instructions. Then, please try to set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1646188865635.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
