I woke up this morning (quite a late morning if I'm honest) by 10am I have apparently done 38,000 steps and burnt 3.5k calories. I can just about burn 17,000 when I'm doing my walks as I'm only 5"2 and not exactly the healthiest just yet! How on earth is this possible? It's the second time it's done this now. Any advice would be appreciated!
