My Versa 2 screen cracked and screen is not responding to swipes

I have a versa2 watch and unfortunately it dropped while charging and the screen cracked. The screen was shielded but still..!

I need help to understand if there is a way to replacement the screen.

In your particular situation I’d definitely contact Fitbit Customer Service. You can find ways to contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US I’m not sure if your still under warranty but I’m sure someone at customer service can provide you with assistance.
