My fitbit screen started flashing lines like its breakingbup. Reminds me of a tv not on the right channel. Tried rebooting and it doesn't help.

Hi @GnB1 - unfortunately this is one of the signs of an internal fault, possibly from water getting in or just a bad connection. If you have restarted it and changed the clock face without success it has a fault, that a factory reset probably won't cure.
If it is under warranty it can be replaced. Else if it is not really usable you can try tapping gently, one side at a time in case it remakes a good connection, but in all probability it is due to the beginning of corrosion, so may not help or can make matters worse.

Mine did the same yesterday. Full factory reset, twice, and after setup the screen just won't respond. Of course, I'm just one month passed the regular and extended warranty from my credit card. Funny how that happens.... Looking at other brands at the moment because this is my 3rd tracker to have similar failures.
