Screen wasn't responsive to taps but then screen went completely black, even after hard restart. Left it for days to see if anything changed and now it just displays a glitched screen.
Any advice?

I have tried the 10 second method but the screen is still black. I cannot access the settings on the device as the screen is non-responsive.
