Hi there
I can not get the screen on my Versa to swipe at all. I can see the time but can’t get it to do anything else. I have cleaned it and fully charged it and also synced with my phone. Is there anything else I should be trying?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I've had exactly the same.......
I contact support via online chat and they talked me through a factory reset....as i can;t swipe on the watch to do this through settings....
Hold the button down for about 8 seconds until the fitbit logo appears, when the logo disappears take your finger off the botton for about a second, then hold the button down again until you feel a long vibration.....that apparently means a factory reset is complete......i did this and got a message with a red cross saying my data hadn't cleared and that i needed to sync and try again.....the customer support said that this meant it had been successful and now all i needed to do was set the device up again through my phone/app.......i've tried and the app implies everything was successful but the watch now says 'reset failed' Your data was not cleared, please try again!!

I shouldn't have to 'play' with a watch that I just got in Dec.2019!!!! The watch won't come on unless I press the button SEVERAL times, them it won't swipe. Can we just agree that the thing is defected!!!!!!😡
