My FitBit Versa2 was working great until today. I’m away on a business trip and left my charger at home. I ran to a WalMart this evening and purchased a new FitBit charging cord. I could have bought the Onn version, but decided to pay double the money and get the FitBit version. My Versa2 does not appear to sit squarely into the charging holder and all I get is the infamous red exclamation point on my screen and the FitBit will not charge. Do I have the correct charger because my FitBit doesn’t seem to sit squarely into the holder like my original. Very frustrated that I spent extra cash for a FitBit charger and I’ve got nothing to work with. Any help or suggestions on this issue?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @cheppwsox.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to charge your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the information provided and for purchasing Fitbit products.
Since Walmart is part of our official Fitbit Retailers your charger should be working fine. We recommend plugging the charging cable into a USB port on your computer, a UL-certified USB wall charger, or another low-energy device.
Please make sure there are no metal objects, such as jewelry, nearby as your device charges. In addition, please keep the charging contacts on the back your Versa 2 clean and free of debris. For more information, see How do I clean my Fitbit device?
If necessary, you can restart your watch by following these instructions.

Thank you. But all of your suggestions have been followed and the new charger is not charging my FitBit Versa 2. Upon returning home I attached my FitBit Versa 2 to the charger that arrived with my FirBit and it started charging immediately. I’m assuming I have purchased a faulty charger as my Versa 2 does not sit squarely or snugly into the holder. It looks as if there was some kind of faulty manufacturing on FitBit’s part.
