My Versa 2 shows active minutes instead of active zone minutes

Hello,

I got my Versa 2 yesterday and before I had a Versa 1. On my previous one I was able to see my active zone minutes, but Versa 2 only shows active minutes. How can I change that?

Thanks

Ana

Hello @crazyanci and welcome to the Help forum.  Your Versa 2 has the original firmware from when it was manufactured.  Fitbit added active zone minutes in a firmware update.  Fitbit is always sending out firmware updates and you got in line when you added your Versa 2 to your account.  You should get an update in 24-48 hours.

I also want to advise you that you might not be able to set up certain apps on your Versa 2.  They require the current firmware.  Also, I don't know how many firmware updates have been made to the Versa 2.  You might not get all of them at once.  This happened to my husband when he put an Ionic on his account.  But the current Versa 2 firmware is 72.1.15.
