My Versa 2 watch just vibrated and went black. It won't turn on pass the fitbit logo and it just goes back to a black screen. 😫

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 just shows the Fitbit logo. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please perform a restart by following these steps. Then, try to set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
