My Versa 2 shows wrong time format at noon

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I originally thought this was an issue with a particular clock face which shows the phases of the moon, however I have discovered after much experimentation and multiple faces that my Versa 2 simply shows the incorrect moon phase most of the time regardless of what face I am using.  Always the same wrong phase across multiple faces from different designers.

Also, with any clock face I have that shows AM/PM (most don't) my Versa 2 consistently displays AM between noon and 1:00pm.  Every single day.  It correctly switches to AM at midnight.

These would seem to be caused by an issue with the data my phone is sending to my watch and not the watch itself or the clock faces.  I am using a brand new iPhone SE and Fitbit app version 72.1.15.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone else who can confirm these issues, and also any solutions.
