My Versa 2 sometimes logs a wrong amount of water

When I log my water on my band it will sometimes log over 7,000 litres when it syncs does anyone else have this problem

I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions.

 

Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  • Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo in gray, and tap your profile picture.
  • Tap Set Up a Device.
  • Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
