My Versa 2 starts flashing green and has lines through it

Hi I've had the Versa 2 since Feb 2020 and I've now had 5 watches where the screen has corrupted. It starts flashing green and has lines through it. 

 

Is there an issue with the original clock face or is this a common issue? Extremely fed up of having to chase customer service for a replacement every few months!

Same problem here with my Versa 2. It started flashing green with lines which were moving down allover the screen. Now I just have a green display and it doesn't help to restart the tracker. The connection with my phone is still working and it seems like everything is tracked but I can't see anything but green light on the monitor.

What to do? Bought in Dec. 2019
