My Versa 2 stopped charging after being in 117 degree temperature

It fried in 117 degree temperatures in Vegas last 3 days. Oddly same thing happened to friends Garmin. Neither will even take a charge. Now what? I've been trying to call for 2 days & no one answers

Hi @Kathi_O_ page 66 of the Versa 2 user manual shows the temperature range and it stops working at 113 degrees. If you're under warranty, you should keep calling, but they answer only when someone is there. There is also the online chat, which some find more helpful. The warranty information might be helpful for you, but from my reading, it's possible it wouldn't be covered. Support can tell you more.
