My Versa 2 the screen is not reacting to touch

Evening, I am having some trouble with my versa 2 the screen is not reacting to touch and I can’t do anything, I have switched it off/on and nothing and tried to reset it to factory settings and still nothing. I have unpaired Bluetooth from it to but still nothing. Any advice would be great. Thanks
