I was not having issues, but I updated my Vera 2 and now it is having all kinds of issues. The heart rate keeps going between “nul” and random numbers and It periodically turns off and on. I have tried resetting it. I tried letting it die completely and charging it back up. No issues until this update.

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

There are some factors that can affect your heart rate readings. If you haven't done it already, please follow the instructions in this article. 

 

In addition, please make sure to charge your watch to 100% which may take 1-2 hours.
