My Versa 2 warranty replacement process

Mailed 10/1/2020 and decided today to email support back and see how the process of replacing is moving along.  I became a tad too reliant on this item and got a standby which will probably become my primary.  Will update so you can see the "process" for this warrantied Fitbit product.

Replacement shipped out today via FedEx Smartpost so should arrive in another two weeks.....end of this story for me and hope some found it useful.

I am having the same problem getting my defective Versa 2 replaced. Miss Ana Isabel at Fitbit sent me a nice email telling me that they would be shipping my product soon. That was over a week ago. I have emailed her numerous times and she chooses to ignore me. Fitbit customer service is truly lacking. With all the competitive devices out there I don't see how they can stay in business much longer.

When I sent my defective Fitbit Versa 2 to them it only took 2 days for FedEx to deliver. Why does it take them 2 weeks to return a device?

@Mac-manMine apparently got lost in a return warehouse in San Fran.  A week after they received it (I tracked it) I hadn't heard anything and called support.  Support was helpful though a few more days went by before they decided to process my replacement without physically locating the original.

Good luck I know people that have been waiting months to get a Replacement or repair. Fitbit’s is now part of google. Robert is no longer honoring warrantees.
