My Versa 2 will not connect with my phone

2 days ago my watch face disappeared and my watch just kept saying Data not cleared sync and try again. I have removed my watch from the app and when I try to add it back on it says,found it ,but it just keeps buffering and nothing happens. I have emailed Fitbit and explained this, first I was asked what phone I have and what operating system it is on. Then today I was told to hold back button for 10 seconds then let go off button! The watch is not responding at all.  Please help. Michelle.

Hi @MKing1943, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the syncing issues that your Versa 2 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that you managed to get the issue resolved.
